I am currently a visiting researcher (PhD) in the Modern Mechanical Engineering Department at Waseda University, working with the Professor Atsuo Takanishi. Some of my research interests are:

    • How to recognize emotions in humans?
    • How humans express their emotions while they walk?
  • Humanoid robots
    • Are affective humanoid robots able to influence human emotions or state-of-mind?
    • If yes, to what extent is it possible?
  • Neuroscience
    • What are the neurophysiological components of the emotions?
    • How emotions can influence perception and movements?
  • Psychology
    • How to accept humanoid robots as emotional workers?
